The app is so poor both from customer and counter service perspective that check in was difficult and required call to US. Counter personnel could not devote exclusive attention to us as he had to keep helping people.

FRANKJOHN KTruck was so dirty and the smell like animal pen front seats are fully with dogs hair and when I tried to describe the situation for the convenience store employee he don't care and he didn't check or said anything even sorry he keep saying ok ok.. the truck need maintenance when u hit the breaks truck becomes shaky...
AMEEN AThe attendant told me to take the vehicle without insoection or a proper agreement. He did not offer insurance and could not find the keys. When he finally found the keys, he told me to go and we would worry about everything after. The vehicle was dirty and low fuel. I drove 15 kms in total, had the vehicle 1-1/2 hours in total, put 5.00 gas in to cover. When I returned the vehicle, he again said dont worry about anything, I would get an email. He took my credit card info and off I went. The email I received showed over 23.00 in gas. When I called ro rectify, he did not answer. I called 6 times over 2 hours and he didnt answer. One time he picked up and immediately hung up. Clearly he is avoiding me because he knows he was being underhanded.
SHERRY CWhen booking information was not made clear on pricing and about insurance. Had a truck for 7 hours and paid over 500 dollars, feel this is alittle over the top. Best part of the experience was dropping truck off in Southampton, the woman there was amazing!
