when I went in to rent a cargo trailer they did not have the correct one on site that i reserved and the lady at the counter was rude and i was not given a contract the printer did not work as well as not being charged the correct amount so no i have to pay more money that i should of overall DO NOT RENTFROM HERE!!!
LAVANTIA BDon’t lend out your equipment. The trailer I had reserved was not at the location because they lended it out to another person to use in town free of charge.

RANDALL WThe people were kind, but the pickup process was very slow and the building smelled. I understand that Deridder/Leesville is rural, but considering the proximity to a military base, I expected to pickup at a more modern location and not have to barely find something available on a Sunday.
ANDREA CInternet & Uhauls website updating needs to be done overnight. We spent two hours trying to get the U-Haul and ended up leaving and having to call 800 number twice. We came back in the evening to finally be able to complete paperwork. Trish from business Redneck Xpress was great trying to help but issues weren’t her fault. It was frustrating because we came at noon left after 2pm didn’t get U-Haul until almost 6pm. We were suppose to pack be loaded that day ended up spending family days loading due to the issues.
Tanya MThe original location was changed, it was very difficult to get the vehicle in a timely manner. I participated in the load share program and it was a mess. The compensation was hardly enough to pay for the gas for the U-Haul. I didn’t have dolly in the back of the truck. Not a great experience this time, I expected better.

DAVID HFirst, I dont know how often these vehicles are serviced, but three boxes of my old comicbook collection was ruined due to a leaking roof. The boxes were completely destroyed. I mentioned it to the lady at Redneck express and she said that she will relay the message. Many of those books were worth of and upwards of 150.00 per book. Luckily the other containers with in were plastic and just got wet. I wont be using uhaul, in general, ever again.
Robert TTo improve the conditions for the next customer please do not rent out leaking trucks as people are placing their trust in you to get their valuables to their destination without them being ruined.

Amanda CWe requested the Main Gate drop off for the convenience and someone at Uhaul changed it on us. This drop off location was not very convenient and it stunk. Not a good fit for a Uhaul location.

Jerald EThey didn't ask where we wanted to drop off the auto transport when we got home. I didn't realize that they had put in a location for Elizabeth, Illinois until we returned home. While it looks close to Bellevue, Iowa on a map there is a river between us. It would have been a 70 mile drive to get there. I had to call to change the location to Dubuque, Iowa which is only 30 miles. Didn't even come out to help hooking up.
