tom hwas really nice and explained everything about the u haul.. very polite
MAGGIE OReally not much. We rented a tow dolly and while the it worked perfectly for us we thought the webbing that goes over the tires was worn and could be replacesd. The gal who handled the rental was absolutely aazing. She knew exactly what to do and helped us with taking pictures etc. Very good customer service. The gal who checked the equipment back in was equally very customer oriented.
LAMONT BOur last move was 20+ years ago and this was by far the best! Nothing broke or broke down!! We will use Uhal again!!
