Location was closed at 4:30p on Saturday with no notice. Lot was blocked by cars and trucked parked in exit lanes and I couldn’t get out. Simone showed up at 5:00pm after numerous calls and said they were closed for a funeral. Person was very nice and helpful in getting me unhooked and out the exit.

I was originally supposed to pick up 20’ truck at your 45th and 7th location BUT when I arrived there was no truck! I had to drive back to the other side of town and pick up truck. Then the reservation was put in wrong for transferring the location. Then the guy at Reds was VERY slow. He was friendly but doesn’t respect others time.

I have to say, this is the best U-Haul rent experience I’ve had ever. I’ve rented at least five times in the last five years. Red was extremely helpful and gave first class service.

Was picking up a Honda side by side and the 6x12 trailer has a ramp that makes the 6 feet become 4 foot 10 the U-Haul guy pointed that out and thankfully he rented me the toy hauler instead. It would have been a bad day to find that out after driving 2 1/2 hours. I have returned here before so second time using this company. I Will always use these guys from here on out.

No one was there when I arrived at my scheduled time. No one answered after 5 calls and voicemails. They finally called back after 4hours. Parking lot is packed so tight they had to move 2 trailers to get mine out.
