Upon picking up my rental, the equipment that I added was not inside causing me to have to drive to another location, being charged for that mileage also. Was such an inconvenience and waste of time.

The owner of Reds auto repairs. Came to my house and said that the vehicle was stolen and I had stuff in the van. He told me that my sister could not get her stuff out and she said that she was going to get it. So she got into the back of the van and was getting her stuff and he pulled her out and knocked her on the ground. He had no right to come to my residence and get the Uhaul.
