The drop off experience. The process for returning the vehicle after hours waa brutal. The site for returning the truck kept crashing, wasnt able to get my code, had to redo the drop off form over and over again.

Nikita KI was charged for insurance coverage that I didn’t ask for, wasn’t asked if I wanted it or given the opportunity to decline. Because it took so long to process the rental I was in a rush to leave and foolishly didn’t read the form before signing. My bad, but it still seems like a cash grab to me.

RICK HMake sure the inside is nice and clean. Make it smell refreshing. I wish they get the transaction faster instead waiting half an hour to get everything set-up.

Antonio ZAlmost empty fuel when I got that truck You guys charged me fuel service fee and I returned truck with same amount fuel but you guys charged me again . This is insane horrible service I will never use this service again
Jinhan OWas charged a fuel charge of almost $20 yet I was able to prove that the truck was brought back with the same if nit slightly more fuel then when picked up. Was acccused by the person that I angled my camera to show thos yet you can aee from the pic it was sleight in not angled. Won't ever rent from there again nor recommend anyone too

Mike RI got charged for a fuel fee even though I pumped fuel before drop off. Charged me an over hours fee.
Johida SThe gas tank was less than what the invoice showed. I took a picture and advised the staff when checking in and showed him the picture and made a note of it on the invoice, but I wasn’t convinced and the extra fuel charge proves it. I expect to be refunded.
DAvid awhat a sneak people. Don't even rent U HAUL from here. They over charge people. When I pick up, it wasnt even F and they consider as F. Also when I drop off, I made same as when I pick up, They think this is 1/8. Ridiculous!

Shaun HI need to know what the charge of $16 is for. I was not aware there would be this charge. I also didn't expect that I travelled 70k. I only went to 37 Mosley st in Aurora, then to uhaul at 51 Industrial Parkway to fill my existing storage unit, then to south Newmarket to drop off more of my granddaughter's things, then back to 14800 Yonge St to drop the panel van back to the employee at regency convenience store.

Sanaz AThe app is HORRIBLE. Its much faster without it. Took 30 mins from the time i arrived to pick it up to the time i left the pick up location. The app wanted to verify my identity, even after i sent photos of my license, by calling someone of my choosing (which they never even did by the way - also that makes no sense). Eventually it just processed and gave me the code to get the key. I called customer service and they extended the time by 30 mins but still - what if i was on a time constraint? Then when i dropped it off, the app wanted to verify my location on my phone but couldn't. I waited another 15 mins while it tried to get my location (which the app DID have permission to do on my phone) before calling customer service AGAIN. She told me to use my browser instead, and it finally worked. So basically, if you plan on renting a uhaul make sure youre not tight on time constraints anywhere else in your trip because you wont make it. it took me sooooo long to even leave the parking lot. Ive done many uhaul rentals before and never had en experience this bad.

KEVIN BWe booked our vehicle for another location. The truck was not available to us at the agreed upon time. When we were told to get a truck from another location we had to go through all of the administration all over again. The original location had all of our information. This delayed our pick-up of equipment from a trade show and caused us to be hugely late in doing so.
Paul LStrap ratchets were so badly corroded I had to lube them so that they would wok without excessive force. The pivot bearing hasn’t seen grease for so long that I was unable to get grease into it.

Bill LI slipped on ice in the parking lot when getting the truck as it was not salted. Check in also took an extra 45 minutes. Please relay this to the owner to make note of for future clients of theirs.
