Requested 24 moving blankets both in original reservation and via email to location. Week b4 pickup, no blankets.

TOM BTruck had damage on both sides, no windshield fluid and gas tank showed 3/4 on contract but was actually 1/2 full (cost me an extra $20.00), reserved a hand truck and flat dolly but did not have any at location.
LYLE PUnhooking the trailer is not for everyone. You have to lift it physically off the ball. It is HEAVY!! I would strongly suggest including a jack to the tongue of the trailer.
Sara MI only needed the uhaul for 3 hours but there was no option to rent the vehicle for a short time even though I have been able to before. I had to rent it for the entire day which was WAY more than I wanted to pay but I didn't have any other options. If this is not corrected, I will be using other services in the future.
JENNIFER TUhaul had me book at this location which is apparently closed on Saturdays. They kept insiting they were open when we were there and the sign clearly said they were closed and there was no one to be found. There was no information prior to us arriving that I would have to access the key myself. I had to call uhaul 3 times and had one rep hang up on me. It was my worst uhaul experience and may my day stressful when it did not need to be. I have used uhaul several times and never had an experience like this.
