Well, the evening before pick up we got an email about it changing locations of pickup….. wish they would have given us more notice than that. We ordered a 15 foot truck, and they gave us a 10 foot truck, tried to call about it Saturday am when we picked it up and the automated message said the wait time is long, and we didn’t have time to wait around, so took the 10 foot truck, we couldn’t get photos on the app, it wasn’t working, so it took about 40 min to get all checked in with the app. Also ordered a dolly for the truck and there wasn’t one…. So we didn’t get what we paid for. Location was easy to find, the key was difficult to find. Also wasn’t expecting the truck to only have 1/4 of a tank. Last time we rented one it had a full tank.

Horrible...from appointment randomly changing...5 customer service calls...2 decent...3 Horrible...self pick up set up incorrectly...then set appropriatly...still not working...fix was to log out completely then log back in...happened at pickup n drop off...so time consuming...so frustrating...Horrible experience ...closed drop off site on Saturday...no assistance
