I dropped the trailer off about an hour before the reported closing time of 7:30 p.m. Arrived, no one there and very little lighting at the location. Walked up to office, saw there were two numbers to call. Called, no answer. Called second number, no answer. Call back again, and got an answer from a woman who told me to wait, I did, and she advised to just drop the trailer off in the dirt. Again, almost NO lighting in the area, quite dark. This place advertises they are open to 7:30 p.m., that was NOT true. My wife ended up tripping over a rock in the dirt because it was dark and not graded smooth. NO customer service.
