Genesis DThe truck that I rented had an oil change notification, which can lead to increased friction, decreased fuel efficiency (to wear I had to pay extra on gas), overheating, etc. The people at this place should have never rent a truck without checking it first for warning or notices on the dashboard. Very unprofessional. The driver should feel safe, since I did pay for coverage. Also, I got overcharge. I got charged twice on the coverage. The first charge on the coverage was when I took the truck and second charge when I brought it back. The MI Rate was originally stated at 40 miles, but I went over 16 miles for a total of 56 miles but instead got overcharged for a total of 96 miles. I've rented U-Haul in the past and received good experiences, but this one was the worst experience ever.
