Communication and availability was only active when I reached out/initiated/complained. Owner of dealership shared “ I forwarded this message to U-Haul. They said they will call you. Again I’m sorry but I’m essentially just a storage facility for U-Haul. I don’t know their pricing and what not—we’re an online 24/7 pickup location for them. They should call you soon”. Pricing was nearly $100 more than should have been charged, and the dealership owner manually entered two days as the app was not working. The issue of being overcharged was only resolved after I initiated conversations several times with U-Haul support and with this dealership/“pickup location”.
