Les pneus étais beaucoups user sur un côté et plein de bosse et je trouve que le prix étais beaucoups élever de st Sorel à gaspe quand il le prix est presque la moitier de gaspe à Montréal décevant merci
ROBERT PThe app kept bugging when trying to complete the return of the truck. It took me 30 minutes, and the app was still buggy.

jeremy dIl y a de l'eau qui a coulé à l'intérieur du camion, brisant nos 4 armoires... De plus, lors de la prise de possession, personne n'était présent pour nous donner le camion et nous avons dû attendre 1H30. Le camion était propre au moins.
Brittany LVotre application en ligne n’a pas fonctionner lorsque j’ai rapporté,le camion. J’ai dû téléphoner le lundi matin à Alan pour faire fermer le dossier. Mais sinon tout a été #1. Excellent service à Sorel et à Alma

samba kUhaul called me a few days before the pick up date to let me know the truck would only be available at this location, almost an hour away from the original one. When we got there on the scheduled time the truck was not available, the previous renter did not return it on time, I had to wait for almost two hours to get the truck. Then began the moving blankets Saga, Sorel Tracy said they didn't have any and told us to go to the Longueuil unit to get them, when we got there they told us we should have gotten them in Sorel Tracy and they could not do anything for us. The person on the Longueuil location was very disrespectful, clearly Did not care for customers. Both locations refused to give service in English but both clearly understood English. We had to buy blankets which cost almost the same as renting the truck and now I'm stuck with boxes of blankets. Anyway, glad I've left Quebec and all its lack of organization and customer care.

Clara MWe had to wait more than an hour to pickup our rental because of bad organisation and customer service. When I called the day before to confirm my reservation for the truck, I was told it was possible to do a mobile pickup since the location in Sorel-Tracy would be closed. When I arrived, it said on the app that that I needed to do a in person pickup and wait until the store open even if on the door and website it clearly said that the store was closed on Saturdays. I called U-Haul customer service and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes two times and nobody helped me. By chance somebody that was not supposed to work came by the store to take something and was kind enough to help us but like he told us nobody was supposed to come that day. I was very disappointed and it was very frustrating not getting any help from U-Haul customer service.

Steve LThe pickup point was change less than 48 hours before my moving day. I had miss work to pick up the truck. And the app didn’t work well for the return. Had to wait on phone for 15 minutes before the app work. Followed the guide to fill to 1/2 tank. It went up to 3/4.

Linda MNo explication how to use the trailer and no validation or condition for the equipment. So flasher doesn’t work and create a little bit. Confusion on the road. No body for the return or explication So it’s really do it yourself and good luck

Vi-hoan WIls m'ont chargé des frais d'essence or que j'ai remis le camion à 1/4 comme convenu. J'ai des photos à l'appui j'ai été obligé d'appeler le siège social pour qu'il puisse me rembourser les frais supplémentaires
Joelle MI have been charged 73.03$ for no reason, the office was closed, the deadline was Sunday january 8th 2023 8:00 am, I returned the truck early on saturday afternoon at 2:45 pm, I fill up the tank with gas more than the 3/4, the link I received from u-haul through text msg in order to do the steps to return the truck like : share location, download pictures, etc.. was not working, that's why I called the customer service, and the agent told me to park the truck in the parking lot, to take pictures of the truck like a proof, to leave the keys in the orange box. I want my money back, cuz I'm very upset, I have all the pictures with me, just let me know how to send it to you.
Keba MLe camion était enneigé et ris dans la glace...le propriétaire a du venir sur place le sortir avec un tracteur...il a briser le devant du truck on a parti avec le camion a 8h30 dans la cour 2h de retard Comme je ne parle pas anglais j'ai demandé a 3 personnes différentes d'appeller ma tante qui est anglaise pour que je puisse expliquer la situation...ils n'ont jamais appellé... La seul chose de bien est que le propriétaire nous a vu dans les caméras et est venu nous aider... Il est très sympathique Alors je demande réparation...où dois-je envoyé ma plainte
Jacques GThe guy arrived late, he didn’t get the snow off before we took it, almost didn’t have any gas in it I had to put some because I couldn’t even get to my place (10 min), he didn’t have enough blankets (12) for us, I had to refill the windshield washer at some point and the truck was very dirty. He was complaining about U-Haul because he didn’t have the equipment
William AJe suis écoeuré d'avoir un contrat et ce questionnaire en anglais. Les américains nous traitent comme des moins que rien.
JEAN LLe problème pas l'établissement. Bug dans l'application pour récupérer le camion. Incapable de scanner le verso du permis. On a perdu plus d'une heure à essayer de se faire aider en français. Impossible d'avoir accès à la clé du camion sans sauter cette étape. Beaucoup de stress pour rien.

Mario BI had the problem in picking-up my rented truck. I called the customer service and waited for an half hour yet i havent been able to talk or ask anybody. The person arrived in the office late. I understand that it is weekend but atleast give more offort to have someone to answer in cases like that. I suggest you should include the sling as well. But overall I am very satisfued.

Ahmed BThey modified the contract from 53 miles allowed to 150 miles bu i still got charged for extra miles after doing only 67.4 miles... not recomanding u-haul to anyone anymore Il y a eu modification du milage aloué au contract lors de la prise de possession du vehicule, de 53 miles aloué a 150 miles mais j'ai été chargé en extra malgré que j'ai fait seulement 67,4 miles. Le système de retour en ligne est très defecteux et a nécessité un 2ieme téléphone et près de 30 minutes.

emilie cI didnt get the right key. I got the key for a 15ft while i was ordering a 20ft. I ended up doing a additionnal travel which cost me more than my previous choice. Also, i wasnt able to upload pictures on the app. I needed to restart from the beginning... waste of time when i got the truck and when i returned it.
Alexandre GWe rented the same truck about a month ago and today again. We did the exact same road and km but ive got charge 25$ more even thaugh the gaz is cheaper. There is an Issue with the gaz gage. Even when we left the store it has dropped by 1/4 only after few meters. I would like to get refund for the extra charge due to the truck damage. Even the employees at the store know about the issue because other client complain about this before
Eric DOriginal reservation was for pickup at a different location. Last-minute change resulted in added complications. I appreciate the effort to ensure that a truck would be available, but better care to have the truck ready at the location where it was reserved would make the experience much better for your customers.

SYLVIE THow about customer service that ANSWERS THE PHONE? how about customer service that doesn't throw you back in the cue unceremoniously.? How about consitency between what you asked for and what you get? HOW ABOUT COURTESY FROM YOUR REPS? This company is absolute garbage and your service is appalling. It goes to show how multi nationals have a monopoly and it is the only way they stay inbusiness is because there are no alternatives. For shame. The stress and aggravation I got was only matched by the over-pricing. I will file a complaint with the OPC and all channels that I can find.

Padure MOnly one thing, if you want to do business in Quebec the main language is french. To bad your questions and informations are not in french. Besides this everything was fine. Thank you
