Un diable de transport avait été réservé et non disponible et ce n'était pas le problème du préposé. De plus j'ai passé proche de ne pas avoir de camion il en avait que 3, mais 4 de loué. Problème mécanique sur le camion, indicateur de niveau de gaz défectueux et volant qui vibre.

ismail sUsing the app and verification process was a two and a half hour nightmare. We were stuck in a loop in the app, always answering the same question and submitting photos. The person on the chat explained tha my "Permis de conduire" was not a drivers licence! When somewone finally realized tha it is indeed a drivers licence we were told that we had network issues (even if we had a 4 bar 5G signal) and the person on the phone ask us to move to another location and restart the process. We tried, but then the gps position didn't match the truck's position and we had to get back. Then we finally reenter all the required information and photos, and paid again so we can get the key, then we took all the required photos except the last one because the apprefused to upload more photos sayng we had reached the limit of photo allowed.
