The facility did not have a good back to return lock! The truck was filthy on the inside! I had to sweep the entire truck out! And they the truck was on empty!

You booked me for a self pickup knowning that your system was down and it wouldnt work. I got dropped off by an uber early in the morning and was stranded in an abandoned parking lot for 2 hours in the windy, cold weather. I called into your custom service in a panic just to be told the system is down and they couldnt help me. So whats the point of them? You all should be ashamed. This was one of, if not the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I love when a company gets so big they dont care about the customer anymore and only care about their bottom line. Shameful. The location had nothing to do with my experience. It was solely UHAUL!
Stephen MI requested for 24/7 pickup and arrived to the location at 8:45am, since my scheduled pickup was at 9am. After going through the prompts and approval to get the keys, I could not access the box. The owner of the location arrived around 9:30am to let me know that he had the key inside of his store (not in the outside box) and that he wasn't supposed to have opened until 10am. Needless to say, I didn't get on the road until almost 10am when my scheduled reservation was at 9am. I also paid extra for an appliance dolly that I did NOT receive.
Shay CThe truck had a layer of dirt on all mirrors, windshield and windows. I had to clean them to see safely. The floorboards were dirty also as well as the cup holders and console area.

VICTOR GThe fuel was listed on the contract as 1/4 tank. I returned it at 3/8 tank (more than 1/4), and the system was trying to charge me a $77 fuel fee. Fortunately the man processing the drop off caught it and saw the discrepancy and was able to reverse it before check in was completed.
