Person at this location had no clue about the process to check in the vehicle. I called customer service several times and was given incorrect information about the check in process. My receipt shows the vehicle was turned in at 8/29/26 at 5pm, which was totally incorrect I turned the vehicle in at 10am that morning and got the runaround from customer service for two hours. I was also charged for an unknown contract # 99640116 that I have no clue about so I will be calling customer service again in the morning. Horrible customer service

Getting a call the night before pick up that a dolly was not available and being told to rent from Home Depot and have to pay 100$ instead of the much lower rate at uhaul was less then optimal. I feel this could have been communicated much sooner versus after every other uhaul is closed for the day so I wouldn’t have to rush
