Location is in a convenience store. No one wearing masks during the pandemic even though the sign on the door requires it. The man checked me in and told me to just unload the trailer wherever I could find a spot. No help at all and very little instruction. Had a good experience here last summer but really disappointed this time.

The 2 staff working were lazy, they did not want to assist me in the unloading or parking of the vehicle trailer. I'm an not trained with the usual equipment as I told them. And they stated it was my job to do it all. Which it is not. Worst service from any uhaul rep. I have ever had.

Don't have a dirty ass gas station that can't even keep their floors clean run the uhaul trucks. Cat litter all in the floor when we picked up and he tried tocgarge me twice after I paid.

Trailer had a leak in the upper left corner that leaked on our furniture. I.E. antique dresser, that will have to be repaired.

Online check-in was easy and Roy got us set up, returned, and checked out quickly. I was able to move a 1 bedroom apartment with the 15' truck, and the truck and equipment were all in great shape. My receipt was emailed to me and the rate was affordable. I had an easy and positive experience!

I tried to check in the equipment, but had difficulty, called customer service and they were helpful.

Uhaul is terrible. Charging twice the amount per gallon of gas. I will never use Uhaul again because they use fucked up logic to double charge for gas like we are in a crisis. Completely fucked up moral compass and clearly only concerned with pinching pennies and dollars. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAIN

We rented the uhaul for 3 days. We had originally agreed to return by 5 PM. We were running late and called. The person that we spoke to said it was no problem to return it late as long as it came back that same day. She said we would not be charged a 4th day.

Heather Thomas and owner of renfro one stop take people's money she over charges people they dont put gas nor clean trucks. I will never use these places again. She charged me for two days and said I went 80 miles charged $10 for fuel when I only went 40 miles and filled the truck up. Unprofessional establishment

This location did not process our return accurately so we were incorrectly charged for late return when we returned it before the deadline. Also they charged us a fuel charge when our contract clearly states $0 for the fuel if returned empty

I would not recommend this location and I will NEVER consider going back myself because of the man that runs the u-haul business....Roy. He is an idiot!!!!! I ask for a receipt and when I got there and he can't print me out one at the main desk. He seems very annoyed when I ask for one and has to go in the office and try to do it from that computer. He keeps telling me to go on the computer--the internet and it will be there. I am moving and don't have internet access right now. When I return the truck it is after hours 6:30 pm and the U-haul office is closed so the gal at the service station takes my key and tells me they will figure out how much I owe and I can find out then. I call about two days later and ask Roy how much he charged my credit card and he can't tell me. Today is the first day in two weeks that I have internet access as I finally found my lap top and am in my own new place. Seems to me if I gave him my name he should be able to look me up on his computer and tell me how much he charged my credit card. At this moment I still don't know so I'll go to my bank on line and find out. It better be inline with what I have calculated.
