Was called the day before to change my pickup to move my location. I agreed to the change over the phone. My original pickup was Shop n Save in Mt. Pleasant. However, when I arrived at the location for pickup, the person that handles the Uhaul rentals was not there. I was given a business card with a phone number to call. I called the number and the lady handled it over the phone with TONs of questions and had incorrect information. Why do everything online if you that does not transfer to the ordering of the truck? But the background noise and order people talking to her while trying to complete my rental was ridiculous. I will never use this location again.
