At that location - nothing. They were very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for your reservation or scheduling departments. I reserved a 15 ft truck ten days before I needed it to make sure that I had one to move my daughter. Two days before they said they didn't have a 15 ft and we were getting a 26 ft. Then, they said I wasn't getting it until Monday at 9 am. I had people ready to help me load the truck for Saturday morning, not Monday. I called a buddy of mine (who rents Uhauls) and he found this truck at this location and they said we could come and pick it up. I had to pay an extra day for picking it up on Friday, but at least I had a truck for the move. I really thought reserving it in advance was what I needed to do. If it weren't for my friend I would have been SOL for this weekends move.
