I was on the phone with Uhaul customer service for over an hour at this location. I parked next to the truck but it wouldn't recognize me as physically at the rental location. So I had to drive to the front of the store to complete all the steps. The lock box is in the back by the truck, so that made no sense. The app was glitching so customer service had to help on every single step. Then she told me to just abandon the app and try on the website. Then, the lock was really difficult. The lever would not turn as it should have. I had to wedge my fingers into the shaft to pull the locking mechanism back instead. I told the lady on the phone it all felt like I was in an escape room trying to unlock all these hints and clues. I will never use mobile pickup again. Waste of an hour and I almost missed the movers I had hired due to the delay.
