Easy pick up and no issues...all went smooth. Only concern was cab of truck was not clean.

Then when I arrived at the location that pick up link was gone. I called the customer service line and was promptly sent a new link. It was a little frustrating with the technology part but overall a good experience.

Shantih DU-Haul tried to charge me $50 more than the price that I was quoted online. The phone representative said it was taxes, but taxes were included in the online quote. I ended up taking off the $60 insurance in order to keep in budget.

Shelley BThe seems to be an issue with run off water for the storage units. I guess the fact that you were given skids to put under the items that were being stored in the storage unit. I found that when moving out, some of the furniture sustained water damage. I really feel that you need to disclose the drainage issue when checking into a new unit.
