KIMBERLY EStaff generally not personable and not flexible. Not much explanation in extra charges and was charged an entire extra day when dropped off at 8:45. Business generally was not professional.
KALLAN PCarlos from the uvalde location, was very hard to work with. Ugly attitude. He did not have good costumer service and was very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to go to him.
kimberly aI was having problems with the online pick up and had to call customer support… I was on hold for quite awhile just to get transferred . My pick up ended up taking an hour and a half in the Uvalde Texas heat.

Donato SI was having issues while using the online functions and spoke to 4 different people while being assisted on several aspects. 3 of the e individuals were awesome but 1 was very short and rude. Just seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with helping me AND that person was a part of the call back option as you had a bit of a hold time - which is to be expected on wknds.

basilio bThe location was closed so we attempted the online method. The site would not take my password and kept sending numerical codes for me to enter. Every time I entered I got an invalid response. We finally got hold of someone On the phone and after difficulty was told that it was cleared. We had to call the pick up location days later in order to get an official notification. The people at the pickup location for very helpful.

ELODIA MWe were given a truck with transmission issues. The ride from Uvalde tx to magnolia Texas was a scary one! Hoping we wouldn’t break down. They also didn’t put the equipment we reserved in the truck. You were sure to charge us the 60 bucks though for the truck not being totally full at drop off. Never again.
Ben CHave the vehicle redy to rent. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. Mud inside and windows were very hard to see out of.
Cecilia MTried to drop off trailer on Saturday, person listed on the drop off location order would not respond to telephone, txt or email. On sunday I contacted Uhaul for assistance and was request to use the app which did not work. after taking to multiple Uhaul agents for more than an hour I finally left the trailer at the assigned location and posted a copy of the contract in the drop box

Rude, condescending, and despite calling to confirm TWICE that trailer was a available, after driving 90 miles—the idiot that answered the phone says he’s not sure if they have the trailer then calls me “impatient” when I’m not happy about it. This, after U Haul says no trailer available in San Antonio 3 weeks after made reservation.

DANIEL SWrong mileage was charged!!!!! Not good at all drive truck 111 miles was charged 193 miles , truck came with 99 free miles . Should have only paid 11 miles , but I was charged 194 miles not good!!!

MONICA MThe person seemed uninterested whe i explained there was damage on the equipment. He simply said just take a picture and nothing else. I later learned from the man at the Uhaul in Artesia, NM that I should have sent the picture in through the email that asked the condition of the equipment. This should have been explained to me by the Uvalde, Texas Uhaul man but he didn’t. It just seemed as if the man in Uvalde wanted to hurry up the situation. I will not be using that Uhaul shop again. No complaints on the Artesia, NM shop. That gentleman was very helpful and polite.

Sharon LMy original request to rent a trailer was an Eagle Pass Tx . I was advised three hours prior to picking up the trailer that the rear tail lights were not working had to drive 60 miles to pick up a trailer in Uvalde Tx what happened to guaranteed service did not happen.
Adrian PI did a solo drop off, no person was there. The location was hard to read and the drop off area was ill defined.
LINDEN EI have rented trailers there numerous times. Always treated well and am in and out in just a few minutes. They have me as a loyal customer.

Ryan HThe owner working there didn't know anything about the rental that was sitting there for me. They took the keys out the truck in front of me while I was trying to do mobile checkout, said I couldn't take the truck. Finally got U-haul on the phone and got them to give me the keys.

WILLIAM JThe pick up location is inside a mechanic shop. Not the worst thing, except I had to wait for the customers in the shop to be addressed before I got to pick up the uhaul truck (waited 30ish minutes). I then had to follow an employee to the storage place to get the truck. Upon opening the back of the truck, I noticed the furniture pads and appliance dolly were not in the truck. I called the pick up location, and the owner told me I had to drive back to the pick up location to get the rest of the stuff (he did not tell me that before I left the shop). Overall not the best experience.
Austin LThe truck driver side door didn’t seal all the way. Truck was pretty loud inside the cab? That particular truck.... seems to be on its last leg. Overall, I really like using Uhaul.

Jeffrey PThe running lights on the trailer didn’t work. I think it damaged the wiring on my truck. I had to drive at night with the flashers on. I didn’t catch it as the other lights worked. The interior needed to be cleaned and the drivers side fender was damaged and needed to be replaced.
Fred BThe blankets were not completely clean. Many were full of grass, about a half dozen (out of 24 total) had AXLE GREASE globs or smudges on them. Other than that everything was good.
