Staff generally not personable and not flexible. Not much explanation in extra charges and was charged an entire extra day when dropped off at 8:45. Business generally was not professional.
KALLAN PCarlos from the uvalde location, was very hard to work with. Ugly attitude. He did not have good costumer service and was very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to go to him.
kimberly aI was having problems with the online pick up and had to call customer support… I was on hold for quite awhile just to get transferred . My pick up ended up taking an hour and a half in the Uvalde Texas heat.
John DPickup people were rude, truck not clean and didn’t seem to run good!
