I don’t have any feedback for this store. Since my original reservation was altered so many times, the drop off date and time were changed. The store still took the trailer back today instead of the listed drop off date (tomorrow) with no issues.

Drop off was ok but expected site to be staffed.
Dixie MI recommend do a walk around with customers. Truck was not clean in cab or bed. Also this vendor canceled our pick up in Sunday at 1:00, last minute. We had to drive back to Uvalde from Bracketville on Monday Morning.
Russell GVery impressed with their service, from the moment I walked in they greeted me by my name (I know they have a sheet but still), then another worker came and unhooked the trailer/dolly and put it away. Excellent personnel and location.
