Still haven't received a confirmation that my truck was received back in from drop off. Will try again today 12/29 to contact office.

Benny G.I will never do self pick up and drop off again. When I dropped off, I kept getting an error message while uploading odometer picture. I tried for 30 minutes until calling uhaul for help. I was on hold for 30 minutes, never spoke to anyone. Eventually my friend came and we tried on her phone and it worked. The app must not be compatible with androids..
Holly D.I requested 2 dollies and blankets and the Uhaul did not come with any of the requested equipment. Recommend having a separate area for equipment.
Rachel L.I signed up for checking out a vehicle with a representative during business hours but nobody was at the location when I showed up. The low fuel light was on when I picked up the vehicle, and even though I returned it with more gas than I got it with I was charged for fuel, the cabin was not very clean when we picked up the vehicle.

Andrea E.Despite the gauge showing full, the has tank was not full. I only drive the truck 20 miles, but had to put over 5 gallons of gas in to fill the tank. Also, the location is very small and there is no customer parking available.
