The unit was very old and one of the door hinges was almost completely broken off. Otherwise very solid.

There wasn’t anybody there to pick up the trailer. Nobody answered phones and nobody in the building. Very poor service when they knew I was going to pick it up at 3:30.
Steve Mthis was an open parking lot without any one to assist us. While we were able to disconnect the trailer and didn't have any rental issues, it was strange that we dropped the equipment in a parking lot. There were a couple of signs and other U-Haul equipment, but it was a bit more challenging to find as it was located off Kellogg and didn't have a lot of signage to help direct us.

WILLIAM RI dropped the truck off after hours, so I did not interact with anyone. I did interact via text with staff at the location and they were helpful. The instructions for after hours drop off were very clear and straightforward. I will ue the location for future drop offs
SARAH ZI dropped off the trailer I rented and nobody was there. I called them for 3 days and stopped by the location for 3 days and no answer. They didn’t return my calls. I have to call the 800 number to get service and they had to send an area manager there to confirm I dropped off the trailer. This location is horrible.

DeQuincey CHad to drive across a LARGE parking lot and just happened to come across the drop boxes. Would be useful if there were PRECISE directions to where a key box is.

RANDY WCheck in was annoying as I had to call as nobody there and nobody answered local phone. Rep at 877 number helped and converted to truck share which was helpful but no dolly on truck and they said would have to wait till someone could get there. Checking back in the app said confirm gas keys, etc. so put them in box then went back in to make sure it worked but wanted pics although couldn't get back in truck since keys in box already. very bad app.
