Another customer and I were lost with what to do. There needs to be signage on the street and a big'START HERE' on the side of the semi trailer. Nothing in the location notification saying where the lockbox is, check in online, nothing.

No personnel at drop off site
Shawn LThe truck had front end issues the tire rubbed the bumper when turning I thought I would need the truck 5 days and it so happened I only needed it for two and was not reimbursed any money for bringing it back early.
Pat BThe unit was very old and one of the door hinges was almost completely broken off. Otherwise very solid.
Sarah PThere wasn’t anybody there to pick up the trailer. Nobody answered phones and nobody in the building. Very poor service when they knew I was going to pick it up at 3:30.
