We made a reservation for a 10" truck for Saturday Nov 7. When I tried to print the confirmation email I was confused when it was telling me that a cube van had been reserved for me at a different location I thought this was an error and located my original reservation. Only to find out when we showed up at the first place they had nothing available and directed us to go to the second option. We were not impressed.

Love the customer service there and haven't had a problem until now but showed up for my reserved trailer and not one single trailer was available so I ended up taking a uhaul which cost me twice as much on top of having to pay multiple fees at the dump for using it. Sometimes these things are out of peoples control so no hurt feelings!

The online cutomer care line for the contactless pick up. I was told to satrt a conversation with a rep, waited for 20min before some one replyed? If some one is always monitoring the online section 20min wait hold is un acceptable. Besides this no problems

Sweep trailers please when finished using it and we bot a queen size plastic cover for $45 at Hanmer Ont Kwikway Uhaul. And found out we got ripped off and hope l get my $60 refund thanks

The employee here started the truck and immediately knew it needed repairs because of how loud it was and he couldn't immediately smell the fumes from the exhaust.

The driver door on the truck is loose, and it stalled on us twice. I'm not sure what was going on. But just a heads up to check it out. Our truck was clean and in good shape otherwise. This site on Notredame is the best. Professional, helpful, and friendly. Thank you.

I found the whole move to be as easy going as possible. The staff were friendly and addressed any questions l had. They were courteous and helpful and made our move without complications. I will definitely rent from here if l need to again.

Its is absolutely insane that I was charged almost $350 for a one day trip with a trailer! The gentleman working the counter was super nice but I will never use U haul again and I will be sure to steer people away from this company.

This comment is directed at UHaul as a company. I think it is unacceptable that you now require to scan my driver's license and you upload it to your servers. I know you will say that your servers are “secure”. They're not for ever. I am extremely disappointed with you as a company. I will look for an alternative in the future.

nothing to improve with these guys were quick and knew what they were doing much better than the lively location I used the last two times I rented. I don't think I would rent form lively ever again. But i will use this locations for sure.

Did not have pick up truck I rented when I arrived, even 2h after my scheduled pick up time. Thankfully lent me a different/bigger truck at same price. Front cab was dirty and smelled like cigarette. Back was ok.

Booked a 15 foot moving truck a month before I needed it I showed up at location and they said they didn't have the truck so they gave me a regular pick up truck resulting in much more work on my end for same price. No phone call no notice on this. Rude staff. Will not do business with uhaul again and would definitely not recommended just awful

The pick up location was great but the office that booked my reservation needs some major improvements. I originally booked the UHAUL for 24 hours to pick it up and be told someone from UHAUL apparently called me to tell me I only had it for 6 hours. I then made another reservation for the following day, was told I would have to pay for an entirely extra truck. Thankfully the family that booked my UHAUL for the 7th hour cancelled and I got to keep it but the stress Level and poor customer service on the 1800 line was beyond ridiculous and out of control.

gassed up prior to dropoff. Put gas bill in dropbox along with keys and copy of contract billed me an extra $35 for gas for 110 km rip-off is my comment - stay away from this location

I was told to drive 40 km away from my preferred location and when I was just pulling into the parking lot to get my trailer, Uhaul called me and said that the trailer was now at my preferred location so I had to drive all the way back to find out that the trailer was double booked and I almost didn't get it.

I had a smaller truck rented and changed it to a larger one last minute and they were very accommodating.

There were cigarette butts (and that smell) in the cab part. The back of the truck stunk... almost like fish and something else, and there was a black film of 'something' along the floor (not clean).

Tried to be efficient and use the uHaul.com to reserve but the inventory doesn't reflect the pick up locations. So my pickup location changed. Also, I was not informed that this new location wasn't open when i wanted to pick up the vehicle so when I got there it was closed. I needed to call customer service to help with the "self pickup" which required data on my phone and a lot of hand holding. I would have changed my pickup time had I known. Moving is very stressful and this did not help.

So, I came the first time and the teller lied and told he did not find me on the system. I had book a 10' one week in advance. And the guys could not find me. He told me to call head office. Which I did. And when I gave him the phone, he gets upset and tell me he doesn't need to talk to her and that the lady on the phone explained everything already to me. He told me the truck was ready Sunday. While it was Saturday. I think the guy is a racist, who did not want to serve a black men. This is the worst service a ever had. The next day I dealt with the owner so it was better. But you guys DEFINITELY need to terminate this teller. This is LAST TIME I am taking a U-Haul. I'm the North your service is the worst....

When I dropped off the units, it was after hours so there was nobody there but it was nice and easy. Contacted the store the next day and the person on the telephone was very nice.

The truck interior was very disgusting. Even the steering wheel had to be disinfected as nothing was cleaned between it being used...the last receipt from being used for the dump was left in it. The exterior was also very dirty...
