Your u haul web site sucks. Having to re enter information twice when I could not find a car dolly in Chelmsford. The web site would not give me a car dolly, probably because they did not have one but instead of informing me of this, I had to go and drive there and the other location in Chelmsford. This is not the first time I use this site and I always dread having to rent from you.

No surprise, moving is stressful. The "Phil's" at the Notre Dame location were great as was the staff at the head office. We took advantage as well of the unloading crews available thru uhaul. They too were 1st rate. Thank you Uhaul for your knowledgeable staff, reliable equipment & amazing service!
