Ramon S.The gentleman at this location went overboard to accomplish and accommodate the arrival of an unhappy customer between Danielle and this dealer, the day was saved. The dealer did all the work and made the return seamless. 5+ stars to the dealer. A downside is that I left my phone in the truck. He chased me down and returned the phone. I had to walk from the dealership to where I wanted to be. At 83 years of age and health...it was a bit much. I became very dehydrated. Never in my life have I had those symptoms. I live in Phoenix where it's really hot, nothing like that has ever happened. No help! Finally I went into a business and they gave me water and let me cool down. Thank God..... Anyway the whole experience was not a pleasure able one. What a disaster! Think that personnel should be told not to "lie" and push the problem downstream. U haul has some very dedicated and meaningful personnel. Sorry that they attended a "Donald Trump's management class. Will I use your service again, you bet.

Sixto C.Jay is always very helpful when it comes to getting a truck. If he can he always has one available for me. I usually rent from this establishment about twice a month just for local trips. The pick up and turn in could not be easier. If I have questions about the rental he is always available to answer them. This is a good place to rent equipment from.

Kemp L.Truck is in bad disrepair. Airbag light is on, truck interior had soda stains as well as blood on the arm rest. Light in the cargo bay did not work. Twice I attempted to rent an appliance dolly and both times it was not available for use. The employee was very friendly, but the equipment was very much lacking.

HAROLD J.Never made it inside the facility. Dropped trailer off outside of fenced gate per instructions on after hours voicemail. I dropped off at 4:00pm. Totally surprised this is 'after hours' at this location. An average location would be open until at least 5pm. Didn't realize this was a part time business. Also make it clear on rental contract that there will be limited hours for return and an extra charge of $20 if the after hour drop-off is used. I feel ripped off and overcharged!

Nati J.Nice fellow, at the rental location Jay, but upon my return of the vehicle when I expected him to show me a final bill, he said I was "good to go" . Thus, I saw nothing he put into your computer.system that created the email "receipt" it sent to me. In short, I was not enabled to have a discussion / mention of what the varies charges should be. Then I find I was charged for three days when I had it for only two, since the email shows my pickup time being earlier than when I got the truck , and return time is shown as later than when I returned it. Both errors are just enough to put me into having the truck 3rd day by a few minutes. Plus I was charged a $210 "cleaning fee", that was never mentioned when getting the vehicle. I can't ignore the ABSURDLY HIGH amount if I had owed it.

Janie M.After hours trailer drop off didn't work as app couldn't find the location to proceed, and Google maps took me up a super narrow back alley which dead ended and I had to unhook the trailer to turn around and get out of. Max the guy you get when you phone in should either be fired or forced to take customer skills courses as he made the entire experience ten times worse and was horrible to work with.

Nancy F.When I picked up the pickup, I told the guy I would need it til the end of the month of May. He only wrote the contract for 3 weeks - I asked him to extend it. He said to just call to extend it. When contract was up a lady called me saying they were going to call the police on me, have the truck compounded, me arrested, etc. I asked if I could have the truck till the end of the month & she said NO. I asked if I could go to the office & extend for another week & she told me that would not rent to me as I owed money. I asked if I could pay & she said NO, they were going to report the truck stolen. I asked to speak to a manager & spoke with a lady at the Tucson office - it only got worse from there! I won't bother you (if anyone even reads this) with boring details but it was a ERY disappointing experience to say the least. After I turned the truck in I requested a receipt & was told the computer wasn't working - was emailed something that requires log-in, password etc. just to get a copy of my receipt.
