I received a text on Saturday saying someone from uhaul was going to call to explain the mobile.pick-up procedure. By 4:30pm, nobody had called me, so I called the number in the text. The person sent me a link for a video tutorial on picking it up. When I got to the location I wasn't able to follow the tutorial because there wasn't a dashboard option to use for "pick up my rental". I ended up sitting in the parking lot of the location for about 1.5 hours while I was on hold with customer service, transferred to the 24/7 truck line, on hold for 23 minutes, hung up on due to "technical issues", put back on hold for another 30 minutes, only to discover that the reservation hadn't been made available as mobile.check-in. it was definitely less than ideal.
