I waited over 30mins just to get some assistance. I paid and asked if we can drop off the truck at another location. He said no we can only drop it back off at the same location and said they closed at 2pm, which was about 2hrs from closing time. I asked if it can be dropped off after hours and he showed me where to leave the truck and keys. The truck was dropped off a few hours later. All to be charged 2 extra days of rental because i rented it Saturday morning, Sunday they are closed so i was charged that day and monday when they opened back up. This is ridiculous and shady business tactics. 0/10 recommend
