I don't necessarily have a problem with this particular location. My problem is that U-haul sent me an email after hours the night before I was scheduled to pick up my rental truck telling me it was going to be at a different location. In addition, the new location was 5 miles farther away from me than the original location. Also, this new location closes early on Saturday (3:00, I believe), but I was required by U-Haul to return the truck by 7:00pm. I was rushing to get the truck back on time only to find the location was closed and I could have taken my time.Michael C.

Aaron was extremely rude. He complained about the uhaul booking and website. Didn't have the items we had originally reserved and already paid. Didn't explain charges. Uhaul had less than half full gas tank.DAKOTA S.
Was slightly disappointed to see an 8 dollar charge added. I assume for gas, but nothing on my invoice documented that. When I picked up the lady told me its between 1/2 and 5/8, just make sure its at the same level when you return. I think it was right on a 1/2. kind of weird to be charged for 1/16 of a tank. Not a big deal, but my rental allowed 211 miles and I was way short of that, so getting hit for an extra 8 bucks just seemed odd. I can live with it, and it wont make me not U-Haul again, but just slightly disappointing.John C.

1) Revell's did not have the details of my prior made reservation, so had to go through res process a second time. 2) "We haven't had any supplies here in months." So I had to drive over the the new West St. Annapolis location to pick up my pads and to buy some twine. 3) Truck bed and cab was dirty - at least they let me borrow a broom to sweep out the truck bed. 4) "We're not UHaul, don't blame us." 5) After returning their broom and removing empty bottles and papers from the truck cab from the previous renter, the manager told me I complained too much! They were very nice when I picked the truck up but that was all a front to be set up and charged for previous damage done to the truck. The guy never did a walk around when I purchased the truck and just handed me the keys. When I did the walk around myself I noticed the damage but it should have been in their system when the previous renter returned the truck. After I was charged for damages in my return state I called this location to see if they had record of the previous damage and the person on the phone was very rude and said that they were just a filling station and they don't keep any files on the truck and hung up the phone. This is ridiculous because I'm getting charged for damage on the truck that I did not do!!!Travis B.

There was no visible signage from the road that the automotive repair shop was a U-Haul rental location and it was difficult to find since it was behind a gas station. The staff member who helped me was great. The trailer was parked under a tree and full of leaves and debris.Carl E.

Revell;s Service was a very helpful site mainly an auto service site. We were arriveing to the area late at night, we called ahead and got information from them about dropping of the tow dolly after hours. They told us where to put the dolly after we arrived, but that we would have to do the unhooking ourselves. Never having done this before, it was a challenge in the dark. But after a few tries I was able to loosen the wheel straps and all went well after that. There is very limited room to at the location so driving in with my tow was not easy. At one point I had to carefully backup slowly to straighten out the dolly with the car to be able to unload it. It's amazing what four years of studying Physics can teach you. All went well after that night and we returned the empty truck the next afternoon.George G.
I dropped the truck off after hours after putting gas in it at the station right next door. I put in the exact amount that was in it when I picked it up. I subtracted the amount I added to fill it when I first picked it up from the 50 gal size tank, and added exactly the remaining amount. Someone was at the drop off when I was leaving the truck, and although I parked it in a space large enough for the vehicle, he told me to back it up in to some other spot, like it was my job to move the truck to exactly where he wanted it. Although I dropped off the truck the day before it was due, they sent me a bill for being a day late, and for not having enough gas in it. This was after they called me on the phone saying they were trying to charge me for the full amount of the rental, even though I had already paid it. They were rude and hung up on me while I was explaining that I had already paid in full for the rental and it had already posted to my bank account. I will not be paying for anything additional, in fact, I feel like I should be paying less because my entire trip from GA to MD made me sick from the cigarette smell in the truck.Robbb M.

Make sure when someone orders a truck you have the right one there and you don't lie about the options for said trucks either. Charged for the wrong size truck (which was not the one we placed on order, no pads, covers etc, which he had the audacity to charge us for, had to move an 800lb piano without a ramp, which we had requested on the 15ft truck, but all he had was a 10ft with NO ramp, charged us the same amount for the smaller truck, etc). Overall horrible experience and we will not be using this location again.lee P.

When I arrived at this location they did not have my reservation. I had not received any call, voicemail or email telling me to go anywhere but this location. The man at the counter was only blaming Uhaul and talking about how much he hates working with uhaul. There was a truck in the parking lot that was exactly what I had reserved. I said well, that is the truck I reserved, here is your address on my reservation, why can't I have that truck? He went on about how they had someone else's name for that truck... but then I found out that person wasn't due to arrive until the next day. I had taken a train 2.5 hours and driven with my aunts, who had taken off work, 1 hour to arrive at that location and pick up the truck. I was then given a handwritten address on a sticky note from the man who didn't want to help me telling me that according to his system this was where I could pick up my truck. A quick googlemaps search pulled up a gas station at that address and when I called to try and confirm that there was in fact a truck there waiting for me it sent me through a answering service that eventually connected me to a person at the gas company... not that specific location. That person could not give me that particular branch's phone number. Meanwhile I had gotten a text from Uhaul telling me that my reservation had been moved to an hour later at this second location, 1824 FOREST DR in ANNAPOLIS and to call (443) 569-3095 to confirm. When I called this number it was â€œnot in serviceâ€ I was growing more and more frustrated with the lack of answers, care and general customer service. Luckily my aunt was listening to the man behind the counter when he gave his colleague the number for Uhaul traffic (a number they wouldn't readily give to us) and she called and was able to reach an actual human who helped us to get the truck that was sitting in the parking lot.Laurel P.

Took an hour and a half to pick up a trailer that I made a reservation for 3 weeks prior (they didn't seem to know how to work the computer program). Was very frustrating and I had to give all of the same information in person that I gave over the phone when I made the reservation.Norman L.
- I was called by this location to come in at 10am when my reservation was at 8:30. I went in at 8:30 and got out around 9:00. This only happened because a new employee who didn't know anything about the system was bright. -there was a cigar in a drink holder and stuff like small papers in the truck bed. I cleaned this up so I wouldn't be charged. -I was changed a ez gas fee and I didn't believe I had requested one. I was told by the person at this location that they just process transactions and call u-haul. So, I did and was on hold so long that I hung up. *** I am a fairly frequent user of u-haul trucks, but there has been too many recent issues. Working directly with the local vendor is the way to go. I had terrible experiences trying to reserve on line (could not accommodate my requirements) and reservation kept switching trucks and locations. Even calling toll free number was awful. Work directly with vendors. They are great. Forget doing it on line!!Joni P.

Pickup of truck was sufficient. Issue was that our side items (dolly, truck, and blankets) were in short supply which required us to go to a different pickup location to pick them up. The blankets, 1 of 2 bags ordered, were soaked and riddled w smelly mildew upon pickup, rendering that portion usless. Our dropoff location was accomodating as we required the truck 1-more day than was originially thought. Overall, not thrilled with equipment, but personnel were friendly and cooperative.John D.
