When I went to make the reservation, the three black guys were excellent. But when I went to pick up the trailer, the white guy that was there could not have cared less. No customer service skills acted like he didn’t want to help. I had to drive 6 miles to another location to pick up the trailer, of which I was unaware. The second location was excellent, as I knew the guy from when I used to work at Mercedes in Annapolis. He was very helpful. Then there was $100 deposit and I still think I’m getting charged for that and I haven’t seen a refund yet.

This was my first pickup via the app so I had a learning curve. Truck was good. I had scheduled to drop the truck off in Frankford Delaware. The app would not let me select an actual location. U-Haul changed my drop Off location to west ocean city (30-45 mins away). The chat help could not help me. So I had to call. Your space storage at bayside is a haul location and where I have my storage. There. So I would Have had to left one ha to drive to another haul. Thankfully the lady on the phone changed my drop off.

MARK CDrop off was after hours. This was 25 minute drive from my home and seems excessive distance. There are several locations within minutes of my home. Why did I have to drive 50 minutes? Locating equipment for Uhaul should be your problem and not mine.
