The 6x12 trailer would have been easier to manage if it had a foot and an easier lock/unlock to the hitch. Just a suggestion.

I booked my rental at Mukwonago Horn Feeds. A day later the reservation was moved to East Troy. That's an additional 14 mile round trip for me. With the mileage at 1.29 per it cost me an additional $18

When I picked up the truck, it was not filled all the way up. I then had to fill the truck up after I used it with gas and I put $40 in. There’s no way I used 11 gallons unless that truck gets 1 mile per gallon. I have photo proof of when I picked up the truck. The gas tank was not all the way filled and then I have proof that when I dropped it off, it was indeed all the way filled when I dropped it off so I was really pissed off. The actual location was wonderful, wonderful and the support of the people was great however, trying to get the actual rental in this morning was an absolute mess! It was very frustrating and trying to return the rental was also ridiculous. But that had everything to do with the app and nothing to do with the location or people.

The person who assisted with obtaining the moving vehicle could have provided more details about the rental. I rented another truck from this location a week or two prior and the representative was great. The person who assisted me on this occasion provided no details to assist with anything except for, put the key in the ignition, drive and bring it back.
