The lock for the self serve key pickup did not work and I had to ask for it to be opened. You could barely turn the dials. If I had tried to pick up after hours I would not have been able to get my keys. As for the turn in, I parked the vehicle, had to walk to the key box to scan the code because the app didn’t recognize the GPS location then had to walk back to the vehicle take pictures and walk back to the box to drop off the key. U-Haul needs to get the GPS updated on this location. It told me I was not in the right spot twice and I’m fairly sure I allowed it to use my location. You’d be better served adding a GPS tracking tag to the vehicles or an RFID device like automated toll booths use. Get with the times U-Haul.
