I rented a trailer for the evening, online states they are open till 7 and they actually close at 6. Luckily I got there in time however I hooked up the trailer and safety chains myself. The person working didn't even come out to check lights for me.

MICHAEL SRe cleanliness, based on many previous U-Haul experiences, the cab was average for dirt. The box was filthy. So I wouldn't be blamed (& charged), I thoroughly swept both back & front before returning the truck. Secondly, we're used to & expect a full fuel tank @ pickup. There was less than half a tank. No big deal except again, previous U-Haul experiences have always been a FULL tank. Third, the U-Haul website stated this location would be open when we picked up @ 7:30 A. Upon arrival, we were told it didn't open until 9 A. The owner was present so I was able to check out right away. The truck performed well & overall another successful move but with several minor glitches.
DAVID SWe were given a confirmation that our truck would guaranteed be ready for us Saturday morning at 8:30. We went to pick it up and we were told the person who deals with the U-Haul‘s does not come in until 9 o’clock. Our confirmation used to the word guaranteed ready by 8:30 AM. It would have been nice if it was ready on the time that we were guaranteed and that it was warmed up and running.

EARL HBackup lights did not work. Person before did not sweep it out.

JOSEPH KThe only problem I had was the true value that I picked it up at was not ready for me and I had to wait around 20 minutes to get a key for the truck. The truck worked great and it was just what we needed.
ROBERT LPickup location clerk was friendly and helpful. We came early and the truck was ready. Positive experience. Truck rode very rough and bouncy.

KATHLEEN MClean out the blood from the trailer. Have more staff at the location, so they can assist store customers as well has U-Haul business. Offer a discount when equipment is dirty. If coming in from the north, you don’t see the sign for the store, watch for the U-Haul equipment in the lot.
Kerry LJohn was available, courteous and explained the process perfectly. Will definitely rent from him again soon.
