Store hours on App indicate open to 7 pm. Choose 6 pm for pickup time on app. Arrived for pickup around 6 pm and store was closed. Gas station person helped to complete rental transaction.

this location was so easy and fast to rent a truck
Scott GThe person at the desk didn't know how to check me in. Found out that they didn't check the person before me out, so sat on the phone with U-Haul for extended period of time figuring it out. I had to go to the U-haul to get the mileage and gas level so that they could move on to my rental. Time spent was WAY too long.
Tess KPickup and drop off was easy. I used the website to reserve, just make sure you read your details of the rental. When I returned the trailer it was fast and easy. The pickup location was very convenient for me as well. I would recommend using this site.
Doug PI rented a trailer for the evening, online states they are open till 7 and they actually close at 6. Luckily I got there in time however I hooked up the trailer and safety chains myself. The person working didn't even come out to check lights for me.
