Nothing ….the location was easy access. The owner was very helpful, good communication, the trailer connections were made immediately after the paperwork DIN NOT HAVE TO WAIT. A REAL BONUS COMPARED TO OTHER LOCATION. BEST EXPERIENCE YET. WELL SONE TO THIS LOCATION.

Katie GThe location was great, super convenient, but not much to it and had puddles all around all the doors. The self check in process was terrible, took 40 minutes. During our sign up, somehow both my phone number and my partners, who was going to be my reference, were registered to my account so I couldn’t use them as the reference contact. Some of the info, like a passport or lease agreement, is totally arbitrary and I would rather not share with U-Haul. Would much prefer to be able to verify my account and not have to jump through all the hoops at pickup time. Taking pictures was a great experience, and the chat app surprisingly worked great on mobile. But the rest of the process was slow and tedious, and compared to other platforms like Evo, felt very outdated
KENSEY EMaybe a bit better signage and a second entrance… for those of us not familiar with the area. The driveway comes up quick on a fast moving section if 4 lane highway. Still 5 stars overall.

PHILIP PWhen a person rents a moving truck and a car hauler. You shouldn’t have Togo to different towns or cities to tick up the equipment. It should be all at one place. Wouldn’t recommend renting to my worst enemy.

KRISTINA DI was refused a printed copy of my receipt for my records. I was told I needed to go to Staples or a place like that to get my email printed that’s not acceptable in my mind the place of business the attendant lied he told U-Haul that he would go ahead and print it. I waited, I called back. You guys talk to him again and he said that it’s broken the printer he laughed at me while I drove away. I was very upset and you did nothing.

VICTOR LTrailer’s pickup point was randomly changed on us. Although the inside dimensions advertised a 12’ length, it ended up being 11’ 9”. Had to leave the rear shutter door open and drive 900k with road dust ending up everywhere on the furniture. No sympathy from the vendor just “so do you want it or not?”

Ben WRented a 6X12 trailer. While in ok condition it was missing one key piece required of any trailer that size, a trailer jack. The tongue weight had to be an easy 200+ lbs. In order to load it, you had the poor girl working the desk, my disabled ass who cant bend over or exert himself too much and my poor friend who is undergoing cancer treatment trying to lift this thing onto the truck. It wouldn't have been so bad had they have had a portable jack on site in order to load it safely. Honestly, I am sure the workers compensation claim they will inevitably get due to their staff over-exerting themselves like that would cost more than the jack, so clearly this location does not care about their employees. Upon returning it (an hour earlier than scheduled) no one was on site to help take it off. You can only imagine the fun that was with just the two of us. Clearly they also don't care about their customers safety either.

Rene vI booked a 20’ truck. The day before I personally arrived to the office to make sure that everything was ok. However, the next day, when I came to pick up the truck, I was told that 20 ‘ truck is not available, but I could have 26 ‘ truck instead( for the same price) I had no choice but to take the 26” monster. This truck is extremely difficult to drive, particularly on sharp turns. Also it consumes more gasoline. I can tell you that driving a 26’ truck is NO fun.!!! I could easily book a 20’ truck in many different places, but the company DID NOT warned me about the problem until I was in the office. The lady in the office however was very polite and helpful.
Rouslan II don’t even know where to begin with this mess. But she charged my CC without my consent. So maybe start by, not doing fraud against your customers. She also told me to “keep it clean”, but she hadn’t washed it and it was muddy. I don’t care that it was muddy, but don’t ask me to clean the truck if you don’t give it to me clean. She also wanted to sell me insurance but had no concept what coverage she was offering. The truck had an Arizona plate, I’m not even sure it was legal to drive in Canada….No one told me there was a time limit to picking it up. She almost gave it away. No one told me that I’d have to drive to Aldergrove to get the truck, or that it wasn’t even guaranteed to get the truck until the last 48 hours. There were so many fuck ups , I’m still amazed it even worked out.

Dodd RIt was a big shock that I did not get the size of truck that I reserved. I reserved a 26 foot truck. I received a 20 foot. That meant I had to give away furniture at the last minute. I also had to throw some away. I had to store others. This was a 600 sq ft reduction without warning. It was not mentioned to me when I received the confirmation call the day before. I only saw it as I was heading out to pick up the truck. Overall it cost me a lot more for the extra care in loading to the max. It also cost in the furniture I was not able to take.
Richard SThis location misrepresented the amount of mileage and fuel used and tried to add $95 onto my credit card. Fortunately I had taken pictures of the mileage and fuel level before and after so I was able to contest the charges.

DIEGO OVan made a bunch of loud sounds and drove horrible..on top of it they threated to report stolen cause I was in bad reception area and they couldn't contact me ..they have all my credit card info and DL but threaten me with police and being charged with theft...will never use uhaul again nor will anyone around me after seeing this.

Steve GThe appointment was for 9am and the employee did not arrive until 9:05am. Upon entering the facility there was a dirty blouse on the ground and the attendant didn’t turn on any lights. After the computer was turned on, she asked for my DL and took a photo of it and then put the payment through which came to a lot more than UHaul advertises which was shocking. She gave me the keys and I went out to do the online pre-trip. Looking in the cargo storage the furniture dolly was not there as I requested so I had to go back inside and ask for it, where she had to call her boss to ask what to do; and when I handed over my phone to her to show my reservation she had Smarties in the hand that she took my phone with which is very unprofessional and rather unsanitary knowing what we know about the spread of illnesses such as the flu. The truck had McDonald’s garbage and was clearly not cleaned in some time with spit on the windows. The truck did not run very well. The side of the truck had scratches all over which I attached all photos online in the pre-trip. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and the costs were too high for the product I received.
