The pick up experience was not smooth and the lock was very difficult to open costing me near 20 minutes in the rain.

While I returned the truck after hours (so I'm unable to rate the personnel), there was space to park the truck, everything was in good condition.

David PPickup was easy, but there were problems with the payment machine. The trailer was dirty with wet dirty floor and ramp.
