We showed up to pick up the Uhaul and no one was was at the office. Called the manager and she said that uhaul didn't notify her that there was a rental. We were on a time schedule and was late for where we needed to be. Office was a mess and we also were not notified about the $80 day rental if you exceed 100 miles.
