I would not recommend Uhaul. The place did not have the equipment that was rented online. The local place said uhaul did not provide them with equipment. Uhaul should not allow me to reserve something that is not available.

Jason S.We showed up to pick up the Uhaul and no one was was at the office. Called the manager and she said that uhaul didn't notify her that there was a rental. We were on a time schedule and was late for where we needed to be. Office was a mess and we also were not notified about the $80 day rental if you exceed 100 miles.
John R.Friendly enough service but the location is off the beaten path, steep hill in and out, some Items in the back of the van that I cleared out. Again, friendly service but I prefer other locations in Morgantown.
