First of all, found out the day before pick up, pick up spot was change to a further location. After confirming new location 3 hours before pick up, arrived 30 minutes before they closed and doors were locked with no one there. Had to figure out online registration, glad my phone was charged. Truck windows dirty and radio didn’t work. Again I choose to drive 18 miles to the town next to mine, because the same rental was 700 dollars less

MIKE DTruck was not there, had to drive another hour and then check engine light came on as I was loading and I had to take back and they had no utility dolly I reserved, wasted a whole day and 150 in gas and was supposed to get a call from customer service and got a text for 50 refund? They are afraid to call you after they screw you, I have used u haul every time but no more!!!!
Rich COur entire experience from the time we reserved vehicle until return was a complete disaster. The equipment itself was fine. However, the fact that what we reserved a month in advance was not available and we did not find out it wasn’t available until 2 days before our move, the fact that the inside truck pick up location smelled horribly of cigarette smoke resulting in both my daughter and I getting migraine headaches, the fact that we had to accept a smaller truck than what we had reserved and then use a trailer to make up the difference and had to pick each up in a different town, the fact that we said where we wanted to return them both only to get texts that each was to be returned to a different location, the fact that when I called about this to request both be returned to same location I had to wait for over 40 minutes to speak to a customer service representative only to get transferred to a number that I had to leave a call back request and wait yet again . . . Absolutely unacceptable. We will NEVER use Uhaul again.

Shawn SThis opinion is not at all about the dealer who rented the equipment to us. It is about the uhaul online rental experience. Online booking double booked us twice for the same rental period. We had tovgo to 3 locations to get a truck after being confirmed online to have a truck. Secondly, we got stuck with a much smaller tryck that took several more trucks to get finished. Third, I had to travel way out of town to get it and was forced to pay milage on the truck. Terrible experience and we will not use uhaul again.b

paula fThe location had nothing to do with this pickup but more about Uhaul services. I arrived and started the process to pick up the truck via the 24/7 truck share. The website froze up and I was left stranded in a sketchy part of the town approaching dark. I was on hold for 50 minutes trying to get help. It was totally unacceptable and I had to drive 1.5 hours from my location to get this truck! I did not get home until 10:30 at night.
samantha pin addition to renting a trailer, I had also requested to rent the trailer hitch; however, when I arrived I was informed that he did not have it. The owner did direct me to an auto parts store where I proceeded to purchase one, but due to the time wasted to search for the hitch, finding the correct fitting, more than an hour was lost in time. I also did pre-check in, and used the U-Haul app, and yet when I arrived to the shop to pick up the trailer I still had to go through all the processes including signing. overall this put me more than an hour and a half behind schedule when it was supposed to be more convenient.
Janean RThe location was convenient for where I needed to rent. The truck was clean and in good condition. The shop was a little run down and smelled like cigarette smoke, but I overlook that as this is also a car garage. What I didn't like was that I wasn't told I would be charged for 2 days and 2 insurance fees if I dropped the truck off after hours. I am trying to get a refund for the charges. I will write another review if they fix this.

michael dNever received my call to make arrangements, owner was rude, truck was dirty, and heat was turned on high with fan on full when picked up on a 95 degree day. Truck was parked facing wrong way on a one way street.

Michael CTruck was clean but wasn't expecting my price to be so high when I was done brought back truck earlier but still was charged 71$ I thought it was 19.99 day I set my mileage at 40 and brought it back on 41.7 sorry but didn't like surprises when your on a budget.

john sI didn't realize I had to return it 24 hrs later. I figured the drop off wouldn't even be open on Sunday so we were in no rush. Get dinged with a late charge for being 2 hrs late! Only getting 30 miles with the truck is total B/S!!! Went 9 miles over and you guess it I get dinged with another charge! U-Haul is a B/S company!!!!!

joe cGreat guys! Made sure I had a truck even though it was short notice. Highly recommend them.
EZRA LAsh tray was full, cab had a smell to it. Loading Ramp was full of mud. Truck had no power and mpg was 9.1 My wife cleaned cab 2 times and put air freshener in.
