Driver side mirror was misalligned but still usable. I did not have time to fix myself but truck was very clean and ran perfectly.

WAYNE LAWSON B.Everything that Ricks Wrecking controlled was excellent. The company online process to check the truck in was so frustrating I gave up - and none of it was due to lack of tech skills. Please revise your instructions. Consider that your typical user is moving, a hectic time. The account needs to be created and/or app downloaded prior to loading, driving, unloading and returning the truck. I actually returned my truck, found out I needed WiFi, ran home to download (but by now, the keys were in the Dropbox and I hadn't taken necessary pictures. Called your 800 numbers and a recording told me to try again later. Eventually gave up and drove to Ricks again the next day to square everything up. They had already taken care of everything. What should have been 1 trip to Ricks ended up to be 3. They met my needs. Your online system failed. I love taking care of business online and this was a frustration. Please review your site path and directions from the viewpoint of someone who does not know your processes.

The woman who answers the phone...when she answers it...is rude and unhelpful. When I called Rich's Wrecking and told him my issues, he made it work for me. WAYNE B.We dropped off the trailer a day early but had an extra charge on our bill. When I called to ask he was rude and not willing to tell me what it was for then he told me it was an after hours charge. I told him I wouldn't accept that because I have rented U-Hauls many times and never been charged that. Then he told me it was because I kept it an extra day, which I didn't. He then said it was his employees mistake but I had to call U-Haul to take care of it. Why do I have to take care of it?? I did not make the mistake! last week I went to that location to buy boxes and his store is filthy with garbage piled up tight in the front office, he would not even turn an acknowledge my presence just told me that he does not sell U-Haul products. First time in 30 years I have ever been treated so poorly by a U-Haul dealer. I will not return to his location. I want my $21 back and will call until I get it because it is not about the money now it is about the treatment and lack of customer service.

dave P.The guys at the location we picked the truck up from were great. After I made the reservation I got a call a few days later saying that size truck was not available but they were going to give me a smaller truck and a trailer instead. Since it was half the size we had to make quite a few more trips and was told mileage would be waived but was still charged mileage. This was all told to me by the lady from corporate uhaul. The worst part was there was a truck the size we wanted parked at this location the entire time we had the rental.

We were not told that and returned the trailer in the afternoon and charged an two days when we thought we would only have to pay one extra day due to a snowstorm.

Laurel K.I was forced to buy the insurance. I told them I did not want it, but some guy came out of his office and told me I needed it. There was no option to drop the ins. I've renteded several U-Haul trucks & trailers and have never been forced to buy the ins before.

They even removed my truck hitch for me so I could put it back in storage. Impressive! I would recommend, and I would rent from them if I needed a trailer.
