CHRISTOFER TThere. Was something on the seats that had to be cleaned off. Looked liquid maybe dog slobber? And we had an alert that hill assist wasn’t working. We weren’t able to use the cruise control cuz if we did the alert would come on.

LETISIA NThe location was fine. The agent for the Nebraska region who managed to find me a truck was stellar!! However, I am disappointed that this survey does not ask me about the process I went through to get a truck. (My problems originated with the WY region, not this NE one.) I have used U-Haul at least 4 or 5 times in the last two years and this time topped all others in terms of a nightmare. I have finally learned my lesson. I will do whatever I can to find a different provider next time I have to do a move.
Anne DI needed that pads for Saturday the 29th of June, had to pick them up on Friday the 28th as the business was closed Sat. and Sun.. I was informed when picking them up I would only be charged for 1 day because they were closed on the weekend. When I returned the pads on Monday the 1st of July I recieved the invoice 5 to 10 minutes after leaving the business in which they charged me for 3 days.

christine lEmployee had started the truck and yet didn’t tell me the check engine light was on. I had a 1700 mile trip and this could have been a disaster. The cab of the truck was clean but the back of the truck was not.

Chase CMake sure when reservations for your products all are at same location and where the reservations was placed for. Customer shouldn’t have to travel 3 hours from original reservation point to go to two select places to pick up rentals.

WAYNE LEverything that Ricks Wrecking controlled was excellent. The company online process to check the truck in was so frustrating I gave up - and none of it was due to lack of tech skills. Please revise your instructions. Consider that your typical user is moving, a hectic time. The account needs to be created and/or app downloaded prior to loading, driving, unloading and returning the truck. I actually returned my truck, found out I needed WiFi, ran home to download (but by now, the keys were in the Dropbox and I hadn’t taken necessary pictures. Called your 800 numbers and a recording told me to try again later. Eventually gave up and drove to Ricks again the next day to square everything up. They had already taken care of everything. What should have been 1 trip to Ricks ended up to be 3. They met my needs. Your online system failed. I love taking care of business online and this was a frustration. Please review your site path and directions from the viewpoint of someone who does not know your processes.

alan sWe had a really hard time locating this rental van, was told to go to a different address, then finally had to call the 800# several times. We couldn't get the app to accept the verification code on our smart phone, it was not a pleasant experience.
TIM AI picked this location and UHaul routed me to the empty lot location in Scottsbluff, NE and I said....Oh, hell to the no! The woman who answers the phone...when she answers it...is rude and unhelpful. When I called Rich's Wrecking and told him my issues, he made it work for me. Uhaul....you need to get rid of that woman at Avenue I in Scottsbluff, NE. Uselesd....totally. Thank you, Rich!
