Michael MWe checked all the lights before leaving right after hooking up the trailer. We got the OK to go and that everything worked. On the ride home it was dark out and we realize the trailer did not have tail lights. It had brake lights and turning signals, but no tail lights.

Daren LLocation looked a little "shaddy", like I wouldn't want to be there alone. Nobody was there when we dropped off but the check in process through our mobile phone was great!

Erik JIt’s the first time I rent a uhaul, but I never want to use Ricks ever again. That old man there was extremely rude and knows nothing about customer service. He treated me very badly. I got there at 5:54 pm. He was about to close and the minute I got there he asked if I had ordered the trailer 2 minutes prior to getting there. I said no it was about an hour and he said same thing the order is not here yet. Then he left the office without saying anything, got in his car, burned his tires, and speeded on his lot to go get the trailer. Then he walked in his office and all mad he threw his keys on his counter. When he went to put the trailer on my truck was another ordeal. He had me all stressed asking for the key to the pin and the adapter for the lights. All I wanted to do was to leave that place as soon as I could. I was so stressed and upset that I couldn’t even drive out of the lot. My son had to drive from there cause I couldn’t anymore. I have never experienced anything like that. I wanted to leave but I needed the trailer and Marshalltown didn’t have it so I stayed. I would rather drive farther to a different town than go back to Grinnell.

Nich PCommunicate next steps to customers who return equipment. Check the equipment in when the customer turns it in, don't wait for the customer to follow up and ask why the order is still open. Show the equipment returned at the actual return time....the day before, not the day and time on the contract if they return it early.

Joseph Lstore was dirty and stuff all over the place. No big deal, but you are asking, so I am answering. My big issue is that we were supposed to pick up the truck in Iowa City and we had to pick it up in Grinnel Iowa, a 60 minute drive. Should have received more compensation for this inconvenince and additional gas, etc.
