I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before I could actually get the U-Haul. & once I got the U-Haul he forgot to put the appliance dolly that I paid so I went all the way to my destination just to find out I had to go all the way back just to get the dolly, which double the amount of miles used on the vehicle. I even took a picture of the gas and mileage before I left so that way I could return the same amount of gas. & they charge me for gas even though I put the same amount back that was in there. This location is bad for business making me spend unnecessary money. Never again!
DASARIE WWhen we arrived to return the truck, there was no one at the location to leave the truck with so we filled out paperwork with the mileage and everything and drop the key in the dropbox call several times to make sure we had done everything right still no return phone call Called again the next day still no return phone call can’t seem to contact anybody at the location

Brendon RCommunication. Our rental was not set up correctly. The owner of the place and U-Haul rep Debbie, blamed us, the customers because U-Haul did not have our reservation correct. Also the owner of the location was there the entire time. But not once did he come out to let us know his shop was open and he’s waiting on us. Nothing at the shop gives any signs of someone is inside to help. Even U-Haul customer service shows the shop didn’t open til 10am and we had been waiting since 9am when our registration was originally. The rep, Debbie that finally called us at 10:25 was very rude and condescending on the phone. She did try to make up for it by giving us an extra day to use the truck. That was unnecessary because we didn’t need it. We turned the truck back in the same day. The customer service lady (I forget her name) she was exceptional. She fixed uhauls mistakes and corrected our reservation. Even changed the time to 10am so it doesn’t count us as late since we had been trying to check in since 9am. It wouldn’t let us because uhaul had it wrong. She even gave us a $50 refund because of our wait and trouble. The rep, Debbie, refused to acknowledge the refund. I will be contacting customer service about receiving the refund.
Amber HI was unaware my rental only include 41 miles total for the entire 2 days I had rented the truck, since it was a good 15 miles just to pick up the truck and then to my house. When I returned the truck I was charge an additional $186 on top of my rental fees for the mileage. Will not use uhaul ever again.

Claudio CI didn't like the drop off because it was a garage and it was dark and small space which it was hard confusing where to put the big uhaul that I rented. This uhaul drank a lot of gas

jaqueline yThere was a mix up where I didn’t know that my reservation time and location was changed. I needed the truck at 8 am. However, uhaul gave me a reservation time for 12pm. I went to the location asked if there was anyway to get the truck earlier and the manager called to secure me one right there. Overall, the experience was not timely but very accommodating. For the future, I wish uhaul would state that, “YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CHANGED” in all texts and emails.

Konrad AThe link to upload pics of damage was “expired” when I picked up the truck 25 min after the scheduled time. Truck had bird crap all over the windshield and there was dirt/mud on the drivers side floor mat. Rick was prompt and courteous.
PAUL Wcheaper rates, $1.09 a mile is ridiculously expensive
EDDY KThere was only one railing inside that was easy to fasten ropes to. The other railings had tiny holes that you couldn't put a normal rope through.

MYCHELLE TPulled up to a spot that is not a Uhaul place which was not the problem other than it’s a garage with no door to ask where yo get your trailer or sign the contract. Had a reservation for an open trailer and checked in online for a faster check out, got there 15 minutes before 12:30 and did not leave the site until 12:55. Then I had to wait on a “call” from an actual UHaul site which never called until I called the uHaul hotline who then told me I should have gotten it already because all my information was online. Picked up a filthy trailer filled with leaves and dirt only to have them call me 2 and 1/2 hours later saying that I “stole” the trailer and didn’t have the information of my card needed. The guy had no idea when I would get my trailer but was nice enough to back it in for me. Not recommending this spot to anyone due to the troubles of getting the trailer & its condition.

Jeffrey AI was billed 70 dollars when I first got the truck. Then then turn around and take another 110.75 off my card..So no there services was poor.It apparently is all about money an get it at any cost.
