It took them 20 hours to officially close out the contract but thankfully I returned it 2 days early

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall a great experience with the rental. Ric was a very nice man.
GREGG FIt did more than what I thought, good power and fuel economy.
philip fSmall garage in residential area. Constrained parking lot. No assistance from owner.
NOEL BThere wasn’t a dolly to be able to rent and the ramp wasn’t able to pull out for use for loading and unloading. It was my fault to not have checked before I purchased the rental. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very respectful but the guy at the shop wasnt a bad guy but showed little interest in my questions or presents. I say that because his attitude changed when talking to a guy his race. Nothing was racial by no means but felt his energy didn’t care for me.
