The manager was not there, he did add insurance on my rental and did not ask, not since day one i have been dealing and called like 10 time every person said something different and nobody can do my refund.
UHAUL charged without problem but to refund something nobody can do it

The parking lot is rough.

I arrived 30 minutes early and the office was closed. A gentleman was left there to give me a key not knowing there was a check out process. I left with the truck only to have to return and sit in the parking lot for over 30 minutes trying to get it check out by phone. This was a complete disaster. Which I had extra miles to account for.

The independent retailer was friendly and fast and had equipment when the corporate location didn’t. My return was already running late, then I had a tire blowout on the car hauler I rented. I appreciate not being charged an extra when I was late.
