We returned the truck one day early. The counter clerk said we were a few hours late, but said he would not charge us being a little late. When pointing out that our paperwork showed return date of Wednesday, that today is Tuesday. He told us that his computer had a different date??? The only way we found the return site was to notice a U-Haul truck in the parking area beyond the roadside trees. It was a farm/ranch parking area with a mobile home office. Our GPS did not clearly show the site. There was NO u-haul sign on the road, or in the parking lot. A road sign would be helpful.raymond D.

The app is not very user friendly. I loaded the app and tried to verify my rental a day before and reservation does not even show up. When I called in about it they said it won't show until 30 minutes prior to pick-up time. That is not comforting when checking to verify your rental or learn how to use the appFrank A.

This location runs two businesses. One is a throughout bred horse food supply and a U-Haul business. The U-Haul part of the location was very clean and orderly. The truck was dirty with mud. Customer service I rated average. I was the first customer to arrive and the associate waited on and answered questions and checked out three customers while processing my order and not until near the end of my transaction did she apologize. As a paying customer regardless of how long it was going to take she should have helped me as I was there first. Now with that stated if she had only asked me would it have been ok to assist the other customers I would have said sure because I knew how long the process would take.Robert S.

Its a dirt area country feed store for animals that rents uhaul. Nice people but not a nice paved area with building attached. I wouldnt rely on them to service a mechanical trailer promlem.Lawrence M.

Besides being covered in long term green pollen, there was not marks for all the previous major scratches and large dents. I found one mud dabber bee hive in the inside of the cargo area which the office removed. Later I discovered 3 more near the two cabin doors with live bees. I sprayed them and later knocked off. I tried to use the app link to document photos, but it froze up, so I call the service 800 # and Mitchel was great at inserting text into the online folder of my pickup issues.Ralph M.

This location took the truck back when no one else would. However. I was overcharged $56 , which was charged to my card after I left. Called to get this error fixed and was told I should not have been billed. I was only refunded $50. Waiting one more day for them to fix it before I dispute the charge.Joseph D.

The person behind the desk had a very hard time with the computer. He entered the wrong destination after I told him three times where i would be dropping it off. I didn't catch it and it cost me an extra charge of almost 100.00 for dropping at wrong destination and being 45 min. late with the return. I will be looking at other companys to rent from. Trailer was dirty and I had to hook it up my self it took 45 minutes to get the trailer and I was never told the closing time I got there at 3:30 and it was close I called customer service and they told me to leave the trailer in the front gate so I took pictures of when I left that trailer outside the gatesJessie M.
I rented a Tow Dolly. I noticed that all the lights were not working. When I tried to check them I noticed that the lights were riveted on. Therefore I wasn't able to check the light bulbs. The other thing is that the Tow Dolly didn't turn very well. I pulled into get gas and when I tried to leave the Tow Dolly wasn't turning when I actually was trying to make a wide turn.

I had to wait 45 minutes for the trailer to be hooked up to the truck. I ended up finishing my move much later than was planned because of this. The brakes were near non-existent on the truck, and the alignment was way off make for a very uncomfortable ride. The tire strap ratchets were very difficult to use, and the crank to raise and lower the trailer were basically impossible for me to use because of the strength required. I was very unimpressed by my whole experience, and I will look at other companies first before using uhaul again.jodie L.

The process for renting the trailer was time consuming. I felt sorry for the woman trying to input my rental into your computer since it kept giving her errors with no reason why. When she went back a step, all the information she had entered was deleted. The software package really needs to be updated as she and I were both frustrated with it.Paul M.
