If you want to be treated as a valued customer, this location is the place to go. The owners took care of us personally. They own a gasoline station and convenience store just off of I 95 in Ormand Beach, Florida. When we went to pick up the vehicle in the morning, one of the owners made sure everything worked for us. She was previously oncerned that there might be an issue with the vehicle and had U-Haul Maintenance come out and look at it before we left. (John, the maintenance person, based in Daytona Beach International Drive location, was professional, friendly and wanted to make sure our vehicle was perfect before we left the location.) This experience was outstanding. We will do business with these folks again. They made us feel like neighbors. A great experience all around.
