Very hard to communicate with this location; they didn't have our dolly ready when we paid in advance had to ask for it; the truck fuel was almost on empty had to request fuel rebate; returned the truck with half a tank of gas without any consideration.

The only problem I had was I ordered a dolly and it wasn’t in the truck and I was still charged for it

GRACE HI reserved 20 ft truck they didn’t have it gave me 26 ft instead and charged me more then my reservation was for and charges me a fuel Charge I brought it back with more fuel Then it had when I picked it up I have pics of mileage and fuel I will Dispute charges with my credit card
