The pick up location was a last minute change to my reservation from the company. The owner was unpleasant and they did not have my packet of blankets as ordered.
Lisa AVery hard to communicate with this location; they didn't have our dolly ready when we paid in advance had to ask for it; the truck fuel was almost on empty had to request fuel rebate; returned the truck with half a tank of gas without any consideration.
David BThe only problem I had was I ordered a dolly and it wasn’t in the truck and I was still charged for it
